Interview 2
This college aged man says what’s most important to him when buying a phone are the durability and price. He prefers to have a phone that lasts longer, so buying an expensive phone that breaks easily is not what he is in interested in.He thinks a phone was a good choice if the reasonably priced, good quality, and if the phone is not fragile. He prefers to shop in the store as it gives him a feel for the phone and he can talk about pricing with employees.
Interview 3
This person was a middle aged professor. He says what matters most to him when buying a phone is the quality of the phone and how long it lasts. He doesn't care too much for the latest features as he just uses the basic functions of a phone. He prefers to buy in store as it gives him the chance to test out whether the phone is too complicated to use or not. As long as the phone lasts long and is easy to use, this customer is satisfied.
Conclusion
Though they are all different aspects of quality, the three people I interviewed all care bout the quality of a phone when they buy it. They either care about what the phone can do or how long the phone can last. The use of these phones help them in their day-to-day life in a number of ways. The phones must advertised in such a way that they describe new features, durability, and pricing.
Hi Brachari,
ReplyDeleteLike the professor you interviewed, I prefer to have a phone that lasts for a while. I actually hate upgrading my phone. I am emotionally attached to my phone and hate giving it up. I also don't like having to readjust my habits with screen size and phone depth. Maybe I'm just picky. But durability is definitely a factor! Great job on this assignment! Happy Spring Break!
Brachari,
ReplyDeleteA lot of people that I also know, and including myself purchase on the determined quality of the phone. Often times one is willing to make a good investment on a phone that is best at the time of purchase in the market, or close enough. Another thing that accounts is that a lot of people are expecting it to be much durable, and for that reason people want to stick with a new phone for as long as they can.
Hey Brachari,
ReplyDeleteI believe that your interviews showed great aspects of your prospective customer in this segment. This is proof that your interviews were well conducted and that you came up with really good questions. When I choose my smartphone, I usually care about how reliable the brand is and the quality of the phone because the value placed in price can be diminished by the availability of affordable monthly payments.
Hey Brachari,
ReplyDeleteI believe that your interviews were very thought through. You did a tremendous job getting all this interview. When getting smartphones I look as some reviews, but I have been blessed with every Iphone I have purchases as I rarely have problems. I've never cracked a screen(knock on wood), but the Iphone always is so reliable. to me.
